Do you know how paper tubes are produced

Industrial paper tubes are very common in our daily life and are widely used. However, what people usually see are already finished paper tubes. Except for professionals, few people can master the production process.

1. Material paper separation: sand tube paper with uniform thickness, low moisture content and smooth surface is used as the theme paper, and the surface paper is impregnated paper; according to the size specifications required by the paper tube manufacturer, the large roll sand tube paper tube and the large roll The rolled paper is put into the sealing machine to obtain the required size tape;

2. Tube winding: the paper tape coated with glue is passed through the winding machine on the tube winding machine to form a tube;

3. Rough cutting: the paper tube coated with epoxy resin is roughly cut into a certain length of paper tube section according to the average speed of the dryer;

4. Fine cutting: The paper tube factory will gradually cut according to the required specifications, models and specifications according to the extrusion processing. After cutting, the inner hole of the paper core tube is rounded, coated, packaged, and then manufactured by the surface seamless splicing paper tube factory.

5. Drying in the paper tube factory: Put the rough cut section of the paper tube into the drying room to dry until the moisture content of the paper tube is less than 10%;

6. Paper tape bonding: double-layer behavior: the main paper tape and surface paper tape passing through the weld seam move from top to bottom in turn, and stacked in a standard order. Place the parallel surface on the paper tape gluing machine, and evenly apply a layer of paper tube factory special glue on the upper surface of the main paper tape and the surface paper tape;

7. Extrusion processing: After the dried paper tube sections are cooled to room temperature, put them one by one into a molding shell heated to 150-280°C for internal mixing and molding, so that the epoxy resin on the surface of the paper tube is fully dried.
